Mark your calendars for the 2020 Minnesota Governor’s Fishing Opener in Otter Tail County, Thursday to Sunday, May 7-10. This will be the first time in the history of the Opener that it will be a county-wide effort in Otter Tail County, with Thumper Pond Resort serving as event headquarters.
